All orders are cut & pressed in house and they are done in order that they are received. If there is ever a time rush you need for your order please purchase the rush pass and feel free to reach out to us via fb or email us at craftyateam@gmail.com.

All orders are sold final, due to the nature of the product. 

Turn around time will be within 14 business days (M-F)  unless there is a delay in blanks getting to me. In which case you will be notified immediately. This does not including shipping times.

Due to the nature of the items sold specific to your sizing there are no refunds unless there is an error on my end. Exchanges or store credit are available. If there are any issues please shoot us an email within 24 hours of your received package and We will get it fixed right away for you.
