Current turn around time (processing time) is 14-16 business days. This is the time it takes me to make your item and pack them. Then there is transit time to you once I ship. This can vary between 2-7 business days.
Do you accept refunds or cancellations?
Due to each item being made to order, we do not accept cancellations, refunds or exchanges.
What if there is something wrong with my order?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us via email at orders.craftyateam@gmail.com you must include your order number within 3 business days of your order being delivered.
- If you have tracking information but your package hasn't arrived or it did arrive but it is damaged, you can fill out a claim or I can.
- If, for whatever reason, you mistyped or forgot to enter a code at check out, we can NOT cancel an order to include it. The affiliate code can be added to your next purchase please email us to let us know and we will add it to your account.
What is the sizing of shirts like?
All items are unisex sizing. When ordering bleached, distressed and/or tie-dye items, each item will vary with pattern and colors. Bleach pattern colors can vary from yellow, tan, orange, pink, white and grey. All will be relatively the same but it is possible that the colors can vary due to oxygen, sunlight and fabric. Distressed, bleached and tie-dye shirts and items are hand made, hand dyed, hand distressed and bleached by hand, no two shirts will be exactly the same but we try to make them close to the reference photo.
Do you wash the shirts?
Yes, all shirts are washed in free and clear laundry detergent and downy due to bleaching and other methods.
How many coupon codes can be used?
Only one brand rep code per transaction. Brand rep codes can be stacked with an automatic discount code. If brand rep codes are stacked, or if any discount codes are used on items that are not supposed to have discount codes, your order will automatically be cancelled.
Nondelivery/Returned to Sender
If an item is returned to sender for a wrong address, insufficient address, return to sender, etc. the buyer will be responsible for paying the reship fee of $4.01. No refunds will be issued.
Shipping:
- Please note that the shipping method you choose has nothing to do with the time frame of which your order is placed. Even if you pick PRIORITY shipping, it still falls under the current TAT.
- Please allow 24-48 business hours for tracking information to update through the shipping company once your order is processed as shipped.
- Please be advised UPS will NOT deliver to PO boxes.

Shipping Packaging:
- Each clothing order is packaged in plastic as well as the box or poly mailer to ensure no harm will come to the packages in travels to you. As we know, sometimes things do happen.
- Every tumbler is wrapped in tissue paper before being put in the display box and then is wrapped in protective shipping materials before being shipped in its final box.

YES! Please make sure you choose local pickup as your delivery option when checking out and you will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
